Regional Sales Rep - Montreal

We are a natural beauty product distributor from Montreal, Quebec.

We are looking for self-driven, entrepreneurial-minded, results-driven,mature, enthusiastic and outgoing independent sales reps to join our growing organization and Wholesale beauty team.

***Please note, this is a commission-based position, not a salaried position.***


– Identify and acquire new customers via cold calling, prospecting and developing new business
– Educated on spa product lines and promote products to clients
– Participate in sales and marketing events both inside and outside the company, regions.
– Identify client needs and provide them with personalized beauty consultations

– Inform clients on new products, promotions, events and services
– Report accurately and on time; meet all reporting deadlines: expense reports etc

– Meet sales quotas and monthly targets for each brand
– A customer-focused mindset: maintain long term relationships with new and current clients.
– Manage the territory as if it is your business
– Partner effectively with others in the account to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction

– Bilingual (all Quebec regions): English and French required
– 1-3 years of proven success in a B2B Corporate sales environment
– Good experience/relationship within the spa and salon industry.
– Strong negotiation skills, especially when dealing with business owners
– A solid understanding of B2B sales strategy
– Ability to handle sales pressure
– Ability to identify and influence the business owner or decision maker
– Deep knowledge of the Cosmetics and Skin Care markets and industries (must)
– Aesthetic degree (asset)
– Demonstrated customer service skills
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
– Strong communication skills & good person skills
– Demonstrated sales skills
– Ability to behave in a professional manner
– Be able to work in a team environment, but also be able to work independently when required
– Willingness to keep up with trends and new releases

*The ideal candidate understands the importance of reselling/upselling existing clientele, in addition to, finding new clients.
